Once again, we find ourselves warped into a new year, and once again, it too, is already going by swiftly. Can't time take a chill pill and slow down a bit?!...just not while I'm at work. This past year was a busy one for myself and our little Jones clan, so here is the list I've compiled of our milestones in 2011, starting from the top. Action!!....
JANUARY: Jake had his 5th year working at the Sundance Film Festival. Instead of driving around Sienna Miller and getting more kissy pictures as done in a previous year, he chauffeured executives for Anheuser Busch...established as co-founder of his new transportation company, Chariot Enterprises!

FEBRUARY: Gage tried rollerskating for the first time...he did NOT like it. Jake is stuck with Jenny as his Valentine again.
MARCH: Jenny was very pouty for missing the first-ever 311 cruise to the Bahamas on 3-11-11. Nick...sigh.
APRIL: Jenny started a new job doing accounting work for Jordan School District. A very lucky find! Nice to have job security...and a best friend.
MAY: Gage participated in his first, first-grade talent show and showed everyone the magic tricks he mastered from his Grandpa Jones. WEDDING DAY!!! Jake and I finally tie the knot on the 20th, after which we were whisked away to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for a week of pure bliss...except for getting sick the last day. It wasn't the tequila!
JUNE: Gage played his 3rd season of baseball, advancing to coaches pitch. I'm not lying when I say he was the best hitter on the team and has the best batting stance...he has a great sports fanatic dad to thank for that. Practice, practice, practice
JULY: Fun in the sun and boating adventures. Jake and Jenny celebrate their 4th anniversary...well, back-in-the-days dating anniversary. We welcomed Jasen home from Iraq. Brave Puddums.
AUGUST: Gage slow danced with a girl for the first time at our friend's wedding...he is mortified we recorded it on Jake's iPhone. Gage started 2nd grade at his new school, Eaglecrest. Jake also started his new school at UVU...yeah, nursing school!!!! He was accepted into the program, along with only 40 other students...34 of them being female. Jenny is very pouty again for missing the first-ever 311 Pow-wow in Florida where they played the entire Transistor album live. Are. You. Kidding. Me?!!
SEPTEMBER: Gage played his 3rd season of flag football and Jenny laughed about football terms like tight end and penetration. We three amigos have a fun Labor Day weekend in St. George. Utah beat BYU!!!
OCTOBER: Gage celebrates his 8th birthday at Fat Cats with friends and family...Grandpa Jones and Uncle Jaem make a surprise visit. Jake and Jenny officially become homeowners and move into our NEW HOME after 8 months of waiting!!! Gage is Thor for Halloween (though he wanted to be Darth Vader), and Jenny made the darn cutest wrapped box mummy drinks you ever did see for his school Halloween party. Uhh-dorable. I'm such an awesome stepmummy.
NOVEMBER: Jake celebrates his old-fart birthday AND gets a new car when his old one decides to finally passover to the other side. Hello, black panther Mazda! Rawr.
DECEMBER: Gage's 2nd grade class performs at the Festival of Trees. Jake finished his first semester of nursing school and couldn't wait for a break. Christmas is awesome. Jenny celebrates her 26th birthday and rings in the New Year with kisses from Jake.
